Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Milo, an AI executive assistant provided by Hexagon Labs, Inc. (“Hexagon,” “we,” “us”). By creating a Milo account, connecting your Google account, or otherwise using Milo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Milo.
1. The service
Milo is an AI-powered executive assistant that connects to your Google account and other tools you authorize, and acts on your behalf to help with tasks such as reading and drafting email, managing your calendar, and working with your documents. Milo takes actions based on your instructions and, for actions that send or change things on your behalf, asks for your approval.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Milo. You are responsible for the accounts you connect, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You represent that you have the authority to connect any Google or third-party account you link to Milo and to allow Milo to act on it.
3. Connecting your Google account
When you connect Google, you authorize Milo to access and act on the data described on the Google consent screen and in our Privacy Policy, solely to provide the features you use. You can revoke this access at any time from within Milo or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of Google data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
4. AI output — review before you rely
Milo uses large language models, which can be wrong, incomplete, or misinterpret a request. Milo's summaries, drafts, and suggested actions are assistance, not professional advice, and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing Milo's output and any action before you approve it — including emails it sends, events it books, and edits it makes — and for the consequences of actions you approve. Do not rely on Milo for legal, financial, medical, or other professional decisions without independent verification.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Milo to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate the terms of any connected service (including Google's);
- send spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful or deceptive content;
- access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its security; or
- use the service to build a competing product or to train a competing AI model.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you provide to Milo and to the data in your connected accounts. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Beta / early access
Milo is offered as an early-access product. It may change, be unavailable at times, or contain errors, and features may be added or removed. We may set or change usage limits. We provide early-access features “as is” and may discontinue them at any time.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hexagon and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of Milo — including actions Milo takes that you approved or instructed. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hexagon and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Termination
You may stop using Milo and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or its users. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of Milo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
